FishXCode Terms of Service

Important
Please read and fully understand this Agreement before using our services. By clicking "Agree" or by creating an account, purchasing credits, or integrating the API, you agree to be bound by all terms herein.
1. General
This Agreement is entered into between FishXCode API platform ("FishXCode", "we", "us") and the individual or entity using our services ("User", "you"). It incorporates our Privacy Policy and related platform announcements. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services. If you represent a legal entity, you warrant that you have authority to bind it.
2. Definitions

| Customer Data | All data, text, instructions, prompts, and content you submit when using the Service |
| Model Output | Any response generated by underlying AI models based on your Customer Data |
| Third-Party Model Providers | Underlying model developers integrated with FishXCode |
3. Account Registration
- You must complete registration with accurate, complete information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
- You may not create multiple accounts to evade billing limits or penalties without prior written consent.
4. Acceptable Use
FishXCode grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Endangering national security or state secrets
- Creating/distributing obscene, gambling, violent, or terrorist content
- Defamation, harassment, or spreading false information
- Unauthorized access to computer networks or systems
- Distributing malware
- Reselling, copying, or unauthorized commercial exploitation of the Service
5. Fees, Payment & Refunds
- The Service uses a prepaid credit model.
- Purchased credits are generally non-refundable. If billing errors occur due to FishXCode system faults, contact support within 7 days for review.
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
6. Data & Privacy
- You retain ownership of all Customer Data you submit.
- FishXCode retains network logs as required by applicable law and may provide them to authorized authorities when legally required.

7. Intellectual Property
All platform IP belongs to FishXCode or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any IP rights to you. Feedback you provide grants FishXCode a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use it.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available". FishXCode does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FishXCode's total liability shall not exceed the greater of: fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100.
9. Modifications & Termination
FishXCode may modify this Agreement at any time by posting updates on the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court at FishXCode's principal place of business.
